Types of ERP

Compiere

It is a solution that integrates ERP + CRM (customer relationship management) under Windows and Web interfaces. It is an international solution based on the workflows carried out by the company’s personnel. It is a 100% Java solution on an Oracle database, with a JBOSS application server.

Fisterra

It is a project that aims to create a generic ERP made with free software. Currently it supports: customer and order management , billing, stock and payment management, point of sale, distributed operation and offline replication of data. The implementation uses Gnome SDK and PostgreSQL (libgda).

Openbravo

Openbravo is an Open Source ERP- type business management application for small and medium-sized companies. The application data structure is originally based on Compiere. Openbravo is an application with a web client / server architecture which allows it to be used from any web browser. Written in Java it runs on Apache and Tomcat and with support for PostgreSQL and Oracle databases. It is currently available in Spanish, English, Italian, Portuguese, Russian and Ukrainian. Openbravo is licensed under the Openbravo Public License Version 1.1 (“OBPL”) which is an adaptation of the free Mozilla_Public_License.

Project Open

Project Open is a complete and complex project-oriented, general-purpose, highly configurable ERP. It is not intended for manufacturing companies or that manufacture or sell physical products, but for service companies (consulting, advertising, IT, software systems, translations, etc.).

Dolibarr ERP / CRM is a completely modular software (we will only activate the functions we want) for the management of SMEs, independent professionals, self-entrepreneurs or associations. In more technical terms, it is an ERP and CRM. It is an Open Source project that runs within a Web server, thus being accessible from anywhere with an Internet connection (Project based on a WAMP, MAMP or LAMP server: Apache, MySQL, PHP).

openXpertya is a comprehensive management solution for the company in Spanish with open source that includes ERP and CRM, including project management, campaign management, marketing, remote and decentralized points of sale, use by all levels of a franchise, etc., with integration of B2B or B2C online services (depending on the type of end customer) and even B2E (internal services) and with data export support (links) to the EDI standard (electronic exchange of information between companies: invoices, delivery notes, orders: EDIFACT, UN world standard) and with the possibility of working with cubes multidimensional OLAP (comprehensive analysis of results). Abanq

AbanQ is ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) free software oriented to administration, commercial management, production or electronic commerce, among other applications. AbanQ is a modular ERP available for Linux, MAC OS X and Windows 2000 / NT. It includes its own rapid development platform to adapt the application. Currently there are integrated modules in continuous development for billing, warehouse, treasury management, financial accounting, automotive workshops, training, POS, production control (MRP) and also full support for barcodes. AbanQ (ex FacturaLUX) is free software, although not free, since it is sold under the GPL license. There is a lite version, which does not include some modules.
